A full-facial treatment will require specialist dermal filler and anti-wrinkle injections. The amount of filler that will be required to complete a successful treatment will vary from person to person, and so will the price.

Maintenance sessions will most likely be required to top-up the dermal fillers every year or two. Muscle relaxing injections (botulinum toxin) top-ups are required every 3-4 months. Morpheus8 treatments tend to last for several years following treatment.

The recovery will always depend on the patient. It is likely that there will be a degree of discomfort following treatment, so it is not advised to plan anything important during the recovery phase. We advise that you avoid intense physical activity for 24-48 hours following treatment.

Due to the fact that our dermal fillers use hyaluronic acid, a natural substance, the side effects following treatment should be minimal. It is likely that you will experience some redness or swelling around the injection site, but this should subside after 24-48 hours. Muscle-relaxing injections can cause a mild headache and bruising, but great care is taken to avoid over-injecting botulinum toxin.

Bespoke Treatment

During an initial consultation, Dr Owen is able to assess the best way to tackle the loss of volume in the face, and using a custom version of the 8-point facelift, treatment can be tailored to give the best possible results for your facial structure. A bespoke 8-point facelift is normally completed over a number of sessions, focussing on the upper, mid and lower face including the forehead and temples, chin, around the eye, cheeks and jowls. Using dermal fillers, a smoother, more youthful appearance is achieved.

Morpheus 8 can be used to tighten and resurface the skin, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. Muscle-relaxing injections target wrinkles around the upper face, but can be used to tighten skin in other areas too.
