Where Can Jalupro Be Used?

Jalupro, from Switzerland, is quickly gaining attention in the aesthetics industry, thanks to its both short and long term effects. Not only does it provide instant hydration, but it also promotes brighter skin in the weeks following treatment. Jalupro is often recognised for its ability to fight wrinkles and darkness under the eyes, but where else can it be used?

Jalupro is ideal for targeting signs of ageing and improving skin quality. It is most often used on the hands, face, or neck, but this versatile product also has a number of other applications around the body. Jalupro also helps to reduce skin texture, minimise stretch marks, and even promote hair growth.

Read on to find out more about where Jalupro can be used around the body and the benefits it can bring to those who invest in treatment.

What Is Jalupro?

Jalupro is a type of injectable treatment, known as a skin booster. It’s made up of both hyaluronic acid and amino acids, which bring both instant and long term benefits.

Hyaluronic acid gives the skin an instant boost of hydration, while amino acids stimulate the production of collagen over time. The treatment makes the treated area look brighter and more plump, with results lasting up to six months.

Which Areas Of The Body Is Jalupro Good For?

Jalupro is a versatile treatment that can offer impressive results in multiple areas of the face and body. Its ingredients help to boost the skin in areas where sun damage, ageing, or laxity are more likely to show, making it appear smooth and firm.

Facial Applications Of Jalupro

Fine Lines And Wrinkles

Jalupro can help to address the underlying causes of fine lines and wrinkles; dehydration and loss of structure. The amino acids found in Jalupro trigger the production of collagen and elastin. These molecules provide a scaffolding for the skin and, as the skin regains this structure, fine lines and wrinkles become less visible.

Hyaluronic acid attracts and retains water molecules, which is what gives the skin a more plump appearance. As this happens and your skin regains its hydration, wrinkles and fine lines will begin to appear smoother.

Under The Eye

Alongside its ability to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the eye, Jalupro is also effective in fighting puffy and dark undereyes. A boost in collagen may give delicate undereye skin a thicker appearance and potentially reduce the appearance of dark circles. Jalupro’s ingredients hydrate and firm up the skin, giving a better texture, tone, and appearance.

Around The Lips

Jalupro’s ability to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be especially useful around the lips. Commonly known as ‘smoker’s lines’, these creases run perpendicular to the border of the lip and particularly affect older individuals. As well as becoming more pronounced with age, these lines are also more common in women due to the lack of larger hair follicles that men have to support the skin around the lips.

Using Jalupro On The Body

Neck And Decolletage

Restoring the skin’s elasticity can also reduce signs of ageing and sun damage on the neck and decolletage. The loose skin that is often found in these areas, and is linked with an aged appearance, is made firmer, with Jalupro helping to give a more youthful look.

Stretch Marks

The stimulation of collagen production that occurs after Jalupro treatment helps to restore the skin’s elasticity and makes stretch marks less noticeable. Collagen also plays a crucial role in cell regeneration, which can help to reduce the appearance of any scars that may have resulted from stretch marks.

Hand Rejuvenation

Sun damage and ageing often present themselves on the hands through wrinkles and loose skin. The loss of structure may also mean that bones and blood vessels are more prominent. Jalupro’s ingredients help to both reduce the appearance of wrinkles, but also give the skin a tighter and smoother look.

Other Specialised Uses

Hair Loss

When it’s combined with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, Jalupro also becomes an effective treatment for hair loss in a couple of ways:

  • Scalp Health: A collagen increase in the scalp offers a good anchor to hair follicles.
  • Hair Thickness: The hair keratin is coated by collagen, increasing hair thickness.

Scars

Thanks to the cell regeneration benefits of collagen, Jalupro can also be used to improve the appearance of scars caused by acne, injuries or possibly even surgery. The treatment can also be used to improve the texture of the skin and smooth out any depressions on the surface.

How Long Does Jalupro Last?

Is There Any Downtime After Jalupro Treatment?

Downtime for Jalupro, as with most injectable treatments, is minimal. You might experience some bruising, redness, or swelling around the injection site. This usually subsides on its own and can be helped along with cold compresses, for example.
